Introduction
AEC-6000
pocket-sized chassis supports Gene series of single board computers.
The Gene series SBC operates in a fan-less environment, and requires
minimal voltage for operation. This allowed for a build in power
module right into the chassis. This system allows end users
flexibility in placement and movement. This chassis utilizes the
Gene-4310 single board computer. Onboard LVDS offers (low voltage
differential signaling) a low noise, low power, low amplitude method
for high-speed (gigabits per second) data transmission over copper
wire. Gene-5310 is currently in the engineering debugging stage, and
will be ready for the market shortly.
